How we keep client briefs and respondent data safe.

01

overview

READA L.L.C-FZ (License 2423852.01, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai) is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and research respondents. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information across our research engagements.

02

information we collect

Depending on whether you are engaging us as a client or participating in a research session as a respondent, we may collect:

  • Client contact and billing details (name, role, company, email, phone, address)
  • Engagement details (briefs, scope documents, project correspondence)
  • Respondent demographics and screening information collected during recruitment
  • Audio, video, and transcript records of qualitative sessions you have consented to
  • Survey responses gathered via the READA Pulse community panel
  • Communication and consent records
03

how we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver Market Intelligence Reports, READA Pulse surveys, and READA Live interviews
  • To recruit, screen, and compensate research respondents
  • To analyse patterns and produce findings on a de-identified, aggregate basis
  • To process payments, invoicing, and respondent honoraria
  • To communicate with clients and respondents about active engagements
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations
04

research respondent protections

Where you participate in research conducted by READA, your personal information is treated with additional safeguards. Quotes, audio, and footage are only attributed externally with your explicit written consent. Where consent is not given, contributions are reported in de-identified or aggregate form. You may withdraw consent at any time prior to deliverable lock.

05

disclosure of information

We may share information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Vetted recruitment partners and on-the-ground analysts assisting on a specific engagement, under written confidentiality
  • Translation, transcription, and analysis vendors engaged to deliver the work
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law
  • Successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business
06

security

We use access controls, encrypted storage for raw research data, and need-to-know handling internally. Audio, video, and transcripts are retained only for the period required to deliver the engagement and meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted unless the client has commissioned long-term archival.

Marketing tracking is only used to measure paid-media performance, not to build profiles of identifiable individuals.
